For over ten years I've worked at the intersection of software development and project ownership — from the first requirement all the way to live operations. I've spent that time in the Braunschweig/Wolfsburg/Hannover region, at a mid-sized software house as well as at a globally operating enterprise.

What interests me is less the role itself and more the question of how an idea becomes a working system — implemented cleanly, and led in a way that a team genuinely enjoys building on.

What matters to me in collaboration: clarify requirements early and honestly, before the first line of code is written — then work pragmatically rather than dogmatically. I use short, agile cycles because they enable fast feedback, not because a framework prescribes them. Rigid hierarchies and bureaucracy aren't my world: in project ownership, I see myself more as an enabler than a controller — a team performs better when it understands decisions instead of just executing them.
